This page previously relabelled hard-coded health scores, queues, berth utilisation and waiting times as live data. Those figures were not traceable to timestamped primary operational measurements and have been removed. They must not be used for routing or cost decisions.
The evidence review found no comparable port-wide numerical measurement. Dated Liverpool and Dublin operating notices remain available in the evidence ledger, but they do not establish port-wide congestion.
